Recently shipped?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package. If it still says "label created" after that, email hello@getsilke.fr.
Wrong address?
Email us within 1 hour of placing the order if you noticed an address typo. After that, we may not be able to redirect.
Package marked delivered but missing?
First, check with neighbors and your front office. If it's still missing 24 hours after the delivery scan, email us with your order number and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
