Shipping
Where we ship. European Union (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and more) and the United Kingdom today. United States, Canada, and Australia coming Q4 2026.
How fast. Orders ship from our Paris atelier within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days inside the EU and 4 to 7 to the UK. Express takes 2 to 3.
How much. Free Standard shipping on EU and UK orders over €35. €5.95 Standard shipping under €35. €12.95 Express shipping flat rate.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Customs and import duties. EU orders ship duty paid. UK orders ship duty paid for orders under £135.
Returns
Our promise. Try Silke for 30 nights. If you don't love it, we'll refund every cent.
How to return. Email hello@getsilke.fr with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (inside the EU and UK).
Return condition. Unwashed and gently used is fine, original cotton pouch included.
Refund timing. 3 business days from when we receive the return.
Damaged or wrong item
Email hello@getsilke.fr with a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement immediately, no return needed.
Warranty
12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Send a photo and we'll replace it free.
